- GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Through this document ARQUIBERICA ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERÍA S.L. (ARQUIBERICA) with registered office at calle Timoneda nº1. 46008 Valencia (SPAIN), sets out the general conditions of registration governing the goods and services offered by the company. HOTEL SCORING INTERNATIONAL which is constituted as an independent project of ARQUIBERICA offers the goods and services that integrate its commercial activity through the URL https://www.hotelscoring.com, https://www.hotelscoring.org, https://www.hotelscoring.net or through any mobile application developed by ARQUIBERICA, being its e-mail address: contact@hotelscoing.com, and its tax identification number: B-97.650.741.
- DEFINITIONS
In these Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings indicated below: “The COMPANY”: HSI HOTELSCORING, ARQUIBERICA ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERÍA S.L. “The REGISTRANT”: Any person, company, enterprise, association or any other entity that wishes to be a user of the Products and Services contained in the COMPANY’s website or through any mobile application developed by the COMPANY, to use them within its business activity.
- PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is the concession, by the COMPANY in favor of the REGISTRANT, of a License of Use of the Products and Services owned by the COMPANY.
- LIMITATIONS OF USE
The REGISTRANT guarantees without reservation that he/she shall neither transmit nor disclose in any type of support such information to person or persons not expressly employed by the REGISTRANT, whether partially or totally, free of charge or for a fee. Under no circumstances may the REGISTRANT relocate, transfer, sublease, sublicense, sell or perform any other act of disposition of the information, whether free of charge or for a fee, or extract or reuse all or part of the content of the reports, without prejudice to the provisions of the legislation in force on intellectual property. It is expressly forbidden for the REGISTRANT to reproduce, copy, transform, modify or under any procedure alter the information contained in the Products and Services, either partially or totally, free of charge or onerously. The REGISTRANT shall abstain from requesting information knowing that it is going to be used by third parties, and from voluntarily or negligently allowing third parties to make such requests.
The user may not use HSI’s database, search engine and analogues to carry out massive searches of companies.
The COMPANY, in order to promote its product, may grant a free trial of the same to the REGISTRANT. Said test will consist of a variable amount of use of forms or self-assessment processes that the REGISTRANT will be able to consult in a previously granted period from the date of registration. HSI may vary the present conditions of REGISTRATION at any time.
- REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The REGISTERED to contract the services that the COMPANY gives to the registered users will have to follow the following steps:
Fill in the registration form with your personal data, and carefully read the general contracting conditions, as well as the privacy policy, since you must know and accept them to contract the goods and services offered by HSI. The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data of our users will be none other than the administration of the contracted service, the analysis and control of the consumption made by the user, as well as the sending of advertising, commercial promotions, contests or statistical studies about the commercial activity of the COMPANY. However, in compliance with Law 34/2000, of July 11, 2000, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the COMPANY, will request in this registration form the express consent of the user to send commercial communications by electronic means.
- INFORMATION SERVICE
As an added value service and completely free of charge, HSI, will send you by e-mail information with all the news that occur in our database with respect to system news or information considered of your interest. You can unsubscribe from the monitoring service whenever you wish, by sending an e-mail to info@hotelscoring.com.
- PRICES
The prices of all Products and Services are described on the eInforma website and are accessible from any device or application of the COMPANY.
- TAXES
All invoices issued by the COMPANY will be increased according to the taxes applicable on the day of invoicing.
- SERVICE CONDITIONS
In order to access the Products and Services, the REGISTRANT must identify himself/herself in accordance with the registration procedure. Under no circumstances shall the COMPANY have access to or knowledge of the REGISTRANT’s identification data.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The intellectual and/or industrial property rights corresponding to the Products and Services belongs to the COMPANY.
- RESOLUTION
The COMPANY may terminate this Agreement in case of breach by the REGISTRANT of any of its obligations contained herein, reserving the right to withdraw access to the service at any time.
